Empowering Girls Through Football
The Academy Programme offers elite training sessions in both football and futsal for 36 weeks, following our structured syllabus. These sessions focus on developing technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical abilities. They receive a personalised Individual Development Plan as well as three 12 week reviews. Additionally, players have the opportunity to compete in exhibition matches against professional academies, allowing them to showcase their progress. We ensure a supportive environment for players to excel as they take the next step in their football journey

SWFA has offered our boy, who is a talented footballer, the chance to excel and further develop his skills. A no nonsense and frankly professional approach has given him the chance, skills and football intelligence to focus on how he can meet the standards expected in the professional game. The Academy teaches in very small groups undertaken by professional UEFA trained coaches and is clearly of a high standard.
